We accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below so that you receive exactly the material you ordered.
Conditions
- The request must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
- Material must be unused, uncut and in original packing with the batch marking intact.
- The invoice or delivery challan must be produced.
Full replacement or refund
- Wrong grade, thickness or size supplied against a confirmed order.
- Short supply.
- Manufacturing defect or transit damage.
In these cases we bear the freight both ways and dispatch the correct material at the earliest.
Not eligible for return
- Gaskets cut to a customer drawing or size, and grades produced specially to order.
- Material already installed or put into service.
- Material damaged by storage or handling after delivery.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
Procedure
- Email us the invoice number and photographs of the material.
- We confirm eligibility and issue return instructions.
- After inspection, we replace the material or issue a credit note within 5 working days.
