Charminar Jointings Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer. Every batch of material we supply is manufactured and tested to the specification stated on the order confirmation and the test certificate.
What is covered
- Material supplied in a grade, thickness or size other than that confirmed on the order.
- Manufacturing defects: delamination, cracking, uneven thickness or properties outside the declared specification.
- Damage caused by our packing or dispatch.
Warranty period
Twelve (12) months from the date of dispatch against material and manufacturing defects, unless a different period is stated in the contract. Sheets must be stored flat, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
What is not covered
- Failure caused by installation error, incorrect bolt torque or flange condition.
- Use beyond the recommended temperature, pressure or chemical limits of the grade.
- Normal wear in service, and material already cut or modified by a third party.
- Damage due to improper storage after delivery.
Claim procedure
- Report the issue by email with the invoice number, batch number, photographs and the service conditions.
- We respond within one working day and advise where to send the sample.
- Testing and conclusion take 5–10 working days from receipt of the sample.
- Where the claim is upheld, we replace the material or issue a credit note, and bear the freight both ways.
