This page explains how to place an order with Charminar Jointings Pvt. Ltd. for jointing sheets and cellulose fibre gasket material, from your first enquiry to delivery.
Step 1 — Send your enquiry
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with the grade, sheet thickness, sheet size and quantity you need. If you are replacing an existing gasket, send a photo or the drawing together with the operating conditions: temperature, pressure and the medium in contact.
Step 2 — Receive our quotation
We check stock and reply during working hours, normally within one working day. The quotation states the grade, specification, unit price, applicable taxes, packing, lead time and payment terms.
Step 3 — Confirm the order
Confirm by email or purchase order. Stock items are dispatched immediately; cut-to-size and made-to-order material follows the lead time stated on the order confirmation. See our payment policy for terms.
Step 4 — Dispatch and inspection
Goods are dispatched by road transport or courier, and by sea or air for export orders. Please inspect quantity and condition on receipt. See our shipping policy and return policy.
